MISSION
My mission is to walk alongside women with compassion and care, offering trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy that honors your story. Together, we’ll work toward healing, resilience, and a fuller sense of well-being.

What yOU CAN EXPECT
Starting virtual therapy can bring up all kinds of feelings, like excitement, curiosity, and maybe even a little nervousness. That’s completely normal. Talking about yourself with someone new can feel strange at first, and it takes time to build trust. My role is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and safe to share at your own pace.
Here’s what the process looks like:
Initial connection: We’ll begin with email or a quick phone conversation. If you’re interested, we can schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. This is your chance to share what’s bringing you to therapy and ask me any questions. Together, we’ll decide if it feels like a good fit.
Getting started: If we choose to move forward, I’ll set you up with access to my secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal through Alma. There, you’ll find a few documents to review and sign, things like consent for treatment.
First session: Our first full session is a chance to get to know each other more deeply. We’ll go over any questions you have about the paperwork, talk in detail about what you’ve been experiencing, and clarify your goals for therapy.
Ongoing work: In the sessions that follow, we’ll focus on those goals. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’ll bring my expertise, but you bring your lived experience. Together, we’ll work to ease your distress, strengthen your coping strategies, and help you move toward the life you want to be living.

No Surprises Act
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, I am required to notify all healthcare consumers of your Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.”
This Act requires that I notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by a non-participating provider and provide options to receive care from an in-network provider if available. Additionally, I must give you a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services for the duration of treatment. It is difficult to determine the proper length of treatment for mental health care, but I will do my best to provide an estimate based on the average length of treatment.
